• Attend intake meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and research questions
• Develop research briefs outlining objectives and methodology, aligning with internal stakeholders
• Create online questionnaires for quantitative research and discussion guides for qualitative research
• Analyze survey results using tools such as Qualtrics, Excel, or R and manage qualitative research execution
• Present research findings to stakeholders with clear storylines and compelling visualizations

• BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or data analysis
• Proficiency with Qualtrics, including survey design and data visualization
• Ability to manage the survey fielding process and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sentiment analysis and NLP

• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools or programming languages beyond Excel
• Experience in conducting qualitative research and managing projects independently
• Strong presentation skills with a focus on storytelling through data
• Background in education or training sectors
