Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Feed Additive Animal Nutrition Technical Service Representative, based in Riverside, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing technical support, consulting with clients on feed additive solutions, and troubleshooting product-related inquiries. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering effective technical services, and addressing product performance issues. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions and meet customer needs.
Job Responsibilities Provide technical services for feed additives to the company's customers (feed and breeding enterprises) in the USA and other regions, including technical communication, answering inquiries, providing professional information, exchanging technical documents and data, and solving pain points and difficulties encountered by customers in the breeding of monogastric animals (such as pigs, chickens, etc.) and the application of feed.Participate in industry academic exchange activities and deliver academic reports on feed additive technologies related to monogastric animals on behalf of the company.Understand the market situation and trends of main feed raw materials in North and South America regions, adjust the nutritional formulas of feed additives for monogastric animals (such as pigs, chickens, etc.) according to changes in main raw materials, and carry out animal experiment work related to monogastric animals.Conduct technical training on the monogastric animals feed additives and assist the sales team in achieving performance goals through effective technical service work.Job Requirements
Doctoral degree in animal nutrition, animal husbandry and breeding, animal science or other related fields.Relevant technical work experience in monogastric animals (such as pigs, chickens, etc.) in feed or breeding enterprises; candidates with work experience as a monogastric animal feed formulator are preferred.Strong communication and expression skills, good team spirit, and able to adapt to business trips within North and South America.Familiar with the application of enzyme preparations and antibiotic alternative products in monogastric animal feed; candidates with the ability to upgrade and improve the application of enzyme preparations and antibiotic alternatives are preferred.Authorized to work in the United States, no need for visa sponsorship.Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English, good Spanish communication skill is a bonus.Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
