• Minimum 3 years of experience in survey-based marketing research (e.g., pricing, advertising impact, product innovation)
• Degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, or a related field with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design
• Proficiency in quantitative methods such as A/B tests, Max Diff, TURF, Conjoint, and Van Westendorp
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive under pressure

• Passion for quantitative market research and agile software technologies
• Excellent consulting and communication skills with a winning presence
