This is a full-time position for an Associate Field Manager at Russell Research. The role is hybrid, based in East Rutherford, NJ, with some remote work flexibility. The Associate Field Manager will be responsible for managing fieldwork operations, vendor coordination, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality research standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to manage quantitative and qualitative data collection across research projects.

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with vendor coordination and field management
• Knowledge of data collection processes, including quantitative and qualitative research techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred
