Location: Germany
Position: Biology Expert (PhD, Master's, or Olympiad Participants)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $60–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20–40 hours per week
Role Responsibilities- Write original, advanced Olympiad-style biology problems to challenge frontier AI models
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, clarity, and scientific rigor
- Identify logical flaws, incomplete reasoning, or insufficiently rigorous explanations
- Provide clear, concise, and correct solutions with full reasoning using LaTeX
- Maintain extremely high standards of precision and problem difficulty
- Assess model failure modes to inform AI training and improvement
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field, or strong background in biology Olympiads
- Experience participating in competitions such as IBO or equivalent is a strong plus
- High proficiency in writing and formatting documents using LaTeX
- Deep understanding of core theoretical and experimental biology concepts
- Strong ability to articulate reasoning clearly in written form
- Rigorous attention to detail when verifying solutions and problem structure
