This remote, part-time role focuses on uncovering valuable financial insights by expertly navigating diverse data sources, synthesizing information, and communicating actionable findings. As a Finance & Data Research Analyst, you will perform comprehensive research across financial and business data sources, organize and analyze complex datasets, and produce concise reports that support decision-making. You will work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure research outputs are accurate, actionable, and clearly communicated.

• Conduct extensive research to identify, verify, and gather critical financial and business data from multiple digital resources and databases.
• Evaluate, organize, and synthesize datasets, maintaining accuracy and integrity across formats such as CSV, Excel, and PDF.
• Analyze financial reports, statements, and market trends to provide insights supporting business objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely updates and share research outcomes clearly.
• Prepare concise written summaries and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and research workflows.
• Continuously monitor and identify new resources or tools to enhance research efficiency and data quality.

• Proven expertise in resource discovery, including sourcing and verifying complex financial and business data.
• Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret and analyze financial documents and terminology.
• Proficiency in navigating and handling data across various file formats (CSV, Excel, PDF).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in information sharing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and priorities efficiently.
