United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is looking for a part-time research assistant in the Food Science Department at The Pennsylvania State University. As part of a research project focused on non-alcoholic beer production, the assistant will work on enzyme additions for optimized fermentation with non-Saccharomyces yeasts.
The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in a related field and has experience in carbohydrate biochemistry and fermentation processes. Remote work approval is not guaranteed, and a background check is required.
