This full‑time hybrid role of Research Assistant is based in Chapel Hill, NC, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. The Research Assistant will support research projects by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and maintaining laboratory or project records. Collaboration with team members, contributing to research presentations, and ensuring compliance with research protocols will also be key responsibilities.
The role may include assisting in writing grant proposals and coordinating project logistics to ensure timely deliverables.
- Proficient Analytical and Data Analysis skills to examine and interpret research findings
- Strong Research and Laboratory Skills for conducting experiments or fieldwork accurately
- Excellent Communication skills for writing reports, preparing presentations, and collaborating effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for data analysis
- Adaptability for a hybrid work environment
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree with prior research experience preferred
