Mercor is looking for expert physics researchers to author and verify solutions for the Crit Pt benchmark. This role involves solving complex physics problems, auditing solutions, and adjudicating between attempts to produce verified reference data for large language models.
The ideal candidate will hold a PhD, has proficiency in Python and LaTex, and will be expected to work approximately 10 hours per week over an 8–10 week period, with pay ranging from $80 to $140 per hour based on expertise.
