General Summary

  • Design, conduct, analyze, and report on clinical pharmacology studies.
  • Work collaboratively across cross‑functional study teams; complete assigned work in a resourceful, self‑sufficient manner; develop alternative approaches when needed.
  • Effectively communicate through verbal and written communication.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide informed perspective on metabolic, co‑dosing, and drug‑drug interaction issues.
  • Initiate protocol concepts and guide protocol start‑up (site initiations and investigator meetings).
  • Perform PK, PK/PD, or exploratory analyses.
  • Prepare analytical reports, including clinical study reports.
  • Contribute to clinical pharmacology summary documents.
  • Collaborate and/or co‑direct modeling plans.
  • Assist in contract research organization (CRO) management.
  • Implement novel clinical pharmacology methodology for study design and/or analysis.
  • Stay current with relevant scientific literature within clinical pharmacology.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Apply critical thinking with strong scientific and development judgment.
  • Communicate clearly (verbal and written).
  • Supervise or conduct clinical studies (e.g., drug‑drug interaction, special populations, bioavailability).
  • Understand cross‑functional needs; develop critical rationale; collaborate and drive innovation.
  • Conduct non‑compartmental pharmacokinetic (PK) and PK/pharmacodynamic analyses.
  • Work collaboratively on cross‑functional teams.
Education and Experience

Ph.D. or Pharm D (or equivalent) in pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, or translational development, with 0 years of relevant post‑doctoral experience; or

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, or translational development, with 4+ years of relevant employment experience.
Pay / Benefits (as stated)

Pay range: $128,300 - $192,500.

  • Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
  • Annual paid time off (including a week‑long company shutdown in the Summer and the Winter), medical/dental/vision, educational assistance (student loan repayment), commuting subsidy, matching charitable donations, and 401(k).
Flex designation (as stated)

Remote‑Eligible: choose Remote (remote five days/week with occasional office visits), Hybrid (remote up to two days/week), or On‑Site (five days/week on‑site with ad hoc flexibility).
