Senior Project Specialist - Real World Evidence (Sponsor Dedicated / Remote - US Based)
Oversee operational and project coordination support within Real World Evidence and Late Phase research environments. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in RWE programs, epidemiology, observational or outcomes research, or clinical data management in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities- Support secondary data studies and primary data collection studies.
- Coordinate and update study milestones and timelines.
- Track projects within CTMS systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow‑up action items.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Facilitate communication between study teams, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Prior experience supporting RWE, clinical data management, epidemiology, or observational/outcomes research environments.
- Experience with in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO setting.
- Understanding of secondary data research and primary data collection studies.
- Knowledge of CTMS systems and clinical research operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with late‑phase and RWE projects supporting regulatory purposes is a strong asset.
- Experience working directly with epidemiology or data analytics teams.
- Sponsor‑dedicated or embedded team experience.
- Exposure to healthcare databases or real‑world data sources.
- Life sciences or healthcare‑related degree.
- Interest in long‑term growth within RWE, clinical operations, or healthcare analytics.

$47,000.00 – $79,900.00
