Senior Clinical Research Associate, CNS - West Coast - Remote

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Worldwide, you will manage the research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.

• Involved in all stages of the clinical study, including identifying potential sites, performing study start‑up activities (collecting regulatory documents, negotiating contracts and budgets), training sites, and reporting safety‑related events.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Maintain study activities at sites, ensuring compliance with informed consent procedures, safety reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Close down research activities at sites when the study concludes.
• Work primarily remotely, collaborating with sites and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree.
• Experience in CNS/Neurology is required.
• Must reside on the West Coast.
• Willingness to travel regionally is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
