Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training that has achieved comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The Center for Violence Prevention and Community Safety seeks a Research Analyst to support applied research, public health data analysis, data reporting, and research dissemination activities. The role will maintain and improve research data systems, produce data reports for internal and external partners, support dashboard development, and help translate complex data into accessible products for academic, practitioner, policy, and general audiences.

Under administrative direction, the analyst will assist in developing, maintaining, and analyzing information and information systems to inform decisions based on key research findings. This position involves considerable interaction and communication with management of units across the university, external agencies, and public and private sector representatives.

Strong attention to detail, comfort working with multiple datasets, and the ability to work independently while supporting the broader research mission of the Center.

This position will be considered for hybrid/remote work opportunities.

Salary Range: $48,600 - $59,378 per year, depending on experience.
