Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst
This role supports the Ohio Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence (OhioRISE) evaluation, a year‑long project sponsored by the Ohio Department of Medicaid. The analyst will work within a team to conduct applied health services and population health research.
Responsibilities- Statistical analysis and reporting of multi‑source data, including administrative and survey data.
- Creation of technical reports, manuals, and presentation materials.
- Presentation of results in clear, non‑technical formats to diverse audiences.
- Conducting literature searches and literature reviews to support research projects.
- Assisting with Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and other data governance requests.
- Writing abstracts and manuscripts for conference and peer‑reviewed publications.
- Assisting with the reporting of mixed‑methods and qualitative research.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).
- At least 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- May be required to complete a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
- Experience with manuscript and abstract writing for conferences and peer‑reviewed publications.
- Experience working on behavioral health evaluation projects, especially children’s and youth mental health services.
- Experience with psychometric data processing and analysis.
- Experience reporting mixed‑methods results.
- Experience creating data visualizations for research reporting.
- Proficiency in R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis.
