Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst

This role supports the Ohio Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence (OhioRISE) evaluation, a year‑long project sponsored by the Ohio Department of Medicaid. The analyst will work within a team to conduct applied health services and population health research.

Responsibilities
  • Statistical analysis and reporting of multi‑source data, including administrative and survey data.
  • Creation of technical reports, manuals, and presentation materials.
  • Presentation of results in clear, non‑technical formats to diverse audiences.
  • Conducting literature searches and literature reviews to support research projects.
  • Assisting with Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and other data governance requests.
  • Writing abstracts and manuscripts for conference and peer‑reviewed publications.
  • Assisting with the reporting of mixed‑methods and qualitative research.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • May be required to complete a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
Additional Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with manuscript and abstract writing for conferences and peer‑reviewed publications.
  • Experience working on behavioral health evaluation projects, especially children’s and youth mental health services.
  • Experience with psychometric data processing and analysis.
  • Experience reporting mixed‑methods results.
  • Experience creating data visualizations for research reporting.
  • Proficiency in R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis.
