** POSITION SPECIFICS

** Postdoctoral Scholar
** under the direction of Dr. Derek Hall
** Job duties include:
*** Conduct laboratory testing, perform data analysis, and develop the technical content needed to communicate the study findings
* Responsibilities include executing corrosion experiments under simulated operating and offline conditions, analyzing results from advanced characterization methods such as X-ray computed tomography, interpreting corrosion behavior across different treatment conditions, and preparing figures, summaries, presentations, and technical reports
** Qualifications and Requirements:
*** Ph.D. in corrosion science, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field by the start date
* Experience conducting laboratory-based experimental research
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
* Experience preparing technical reports, figures, and presentations
* Experience with x-ray CT characterization
