Sensory Software Design Consultant - NORTH AMERICA (remote)
Flavor Wiki is seeking select academic and industry experts to contribute to the development of our AI-enabled sensory evaluation platform. This next-generation tool is designed to enhance the way researchers collect, analyze, and interpret sensory data in both academic and commercial settings.
This is an hourly contractor role. We invite professors, researchers, and graduate students in sensory, consumer, or food science to help shape a platform that makes sensory research more accessible, efficient, and impactful.
Consultants will be compensated for their time and expertise.
This is an opportunity to influence innovative technology that combines advanced digital tools, AI, and patented sensory methodologies to serve a global research community.
Key Responsibilities- Explore and test our intelligent sensory survey platform.
- Evaluate usability, clarity, and alignment with scientific methodology.
- Provide expert feedback on strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Flavor Wiki team to refine and enhance platform features.
- Contribute to shaping tools that support sensory and consumer science research globally.
- Professors, researchers, or graduate students in sensory, food, consumer science, or related fields.
- Experience with sensory evaluation or digital research tools.
- Strong interest in the intersection of AI and empirical research.
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on usability and methodology.
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with a global team.
- Availability to work during European business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and own computer/laptop.
