Position: Consumer Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Create domain-relevant prompts that reflect real-world consumer use cases (e.g., shopping, travel, gaming, food).
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, tone, and formatting consistency.
• Draft expert-level “golden responses” to serve as benchmarks for model performance.
• Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or stylistic deviations in AI outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation protocols and prompt quality.

• Strong relevant experience in a consumer-focused domain.
• Strong familiarity with domain-specific communication, writing styles, and formatting norms.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
• Experience using AI tools or prompt engineering is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
