Position: Sell‑Side Equity Research Associate

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $105/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20–30 hours/week

• Lead sector coverage by monitoring companies, market trends, and industry developments
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation frameworks
• Prepare and publish research notes, coverage reports, and earnings summaries for institutional audiences
• Integrate automation, AI tools, and quantitative signals into equity research workflows
• Present research findings and insights to senior analysts, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with data and research teams to enhance forecasting and analytical rigor

• Strong experience in sell‑side equity research covering a specific sector
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis
• Strong written, presentation, and client communication skills
• Familiarity with research and market data platforms and structured analytics tools
• Quantitative mindset with the ability to combine traditional analysis and data‑driven insights
• Background in finance, economics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred
