Position: Rubric Questions Expert (Generalist)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $45/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Write detailed, structured rubrics describing high-quality AI-generated responses to user-uploaded images and prompts.
• Define clear evaluation criteria to distinguish effective, average, and poor AI responses.
• Translate qualitative judgments into consistent, objective scoring guidelines.
• Review and refine rubrics to improve clarity, coverage, and reliability for AI training.
• Work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment to meet project requirements.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to structure subjective quality assessments into clear, repeatable rubrics.
• Consistency and sound judgment when evaluating AI-generated content.
• Comfortable working independently on documentation-focused tasks.
