Our Clinical Solutions team applies deep expertise to understand customer needs and shape solutions. This role focuses on operational and project coordination within Real‑World Evidence (RWE) and late phase research environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to RWE project teams.
- Coordinate and update study milestones and timelines.
- Support project tracking within CTMS systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare minutes and action items.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Facilitate communication among study teams, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Help maintain organization across multiple deliverables and support ongoing RWE studies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support projects that involve secondary data studies.
- Support projects that involve primary data collection studies.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Prior experience supporting Real‑World Evidence, Clinical Data Management, Epidemiology, or observational/outcomes research teams.
- Experience with in a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or CRO setting.
- Understanding of secondary data research, primary data collection, CTMS systems, and clinical research operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with late phase and RWE projects supporting regulatory purposes is a strong asset.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience working directly with epidemiology or data analytics teams.
- Experience in sponsor‑dedicated or embedded team environments.
- Exposure to healthcare databases or real‑world data sources.
- Life sciences or healthcare‑related degree.
- Interest in long‑term growth within RWE, clinical operations, or healthcare analytics.

Benefits and Salary
Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $79,900.00
Benefits may include a company car or car allowance; health benefits (medical, dental, and vision); company match 401(k); employee stock purchase plan eligibility; commission/bonus eligibility; flexible paid time off and sick time. Eligibility for paid sick time may vary by state.
