ACTG and IMPAACT are large NIH‑funded collaborative clinical trials networks with international research agendas focused on the treatment and cure of HIV infection and associated comorbidities in adults and in children, adolescents, and pregnant or breastfeeding women. The successful candidate will join over 60 statisticians, epidemiologists, and research staff collaborating on the design, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Phase I–IV clinical trials, diagnostic studies, and observational studies.

The position may include statistical methods research for someone with an appropriate background and offers an opportunity to be a leader in a new generation of statistician‑trialists. This is a term appointment, renewable upon mutual consent. CBAR has a hybrid work environment which includes a combination of on‑campus/in‑person work and remote work.
