* ** JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
** The College of Agricultural Sciences, Penn State Extension is seeking applicants for the part-time job position of Field and Forage Crops Intern. This position will be based in Wayne County, with travel in Lackawanna, Pike, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

Job duties to include:
* Crop scouting
* Field data collection
* Research trial support
* Farm visits and client support

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
* Agricultural science background
* Access to a motor vehicle
* Standard background check
* Motor vehicle screening

Schedule:

* Part-time, 30 hours per week for a short-term period
* Hours flexible to applicant's needs

Compensation:

The starting rate for this job is $17.75 per hour, plus travel.
