About the Role
We are hiring Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to contribute to cutting‑edge AI training and evaluation projects. This is a remote, freelance opportunity for scientists, researchers, educators, and domain experts who want to apply their expertise to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Create complex, multi‑step scientific problems and questions in your area of expertise
- Develop detailed, accurate solutions, explanations, and reasoning chains
- Evaluate AI‑generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and depth
- Identify errors, hallucinations, and reasoning gaps in AI outputs
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance
- Ensure all content reflects current scientific standards and best practices
- Collaborate with project leads to refine evaluation rubrics and domain guidelines

- Bachelor's degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience in your domain through research, teaching, industry, or postgraduate study
- Strong written communication skills in English, ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly
- Comfortable working with web‑based platforms and AI tools
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to follow detailed rubrics and guidelines consistently
- PhD or pursuing PhD in a relevant scientific field
- Prior teaching experience (university level / competitive exam coaching like IIT‑JEE, NEET, GATE, GRE Subject Test)
- Published research papers, journal contributions, or thesis work
- Experience with AI annotation, content evaluation, or scientific writing
- Experience preparing competitive exam content or graduate‑level problem sets
