Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS​/Rare Disease - Midwest - Remote

Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global, midsize contract research organization focused on clinical research in cardiovascular, metabolic, neuroscience, oncology, and rare disease therapies.

• Manage research activities at study sites
• Identify potential sites and perform all study start‑up activities, including collecting regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiations
• Train site staff to collect data correctly and report safety events
• Oversee site activities during study maintenance and conduct study initiation visits (SIVs)
• Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety event reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Close down site research activities after study completion

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• 4‑year university degree or a Nursing degree
• Experience in CNS/Neurology and Rare Disease is required

• Candidate must reside in the Midwest
• Willingness to travel regionally is required

Annual salary range: $97,000 – $193,000.
