Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

We are a global CRO dedicated to advancing clinical research. We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage study sites across various therapeutic areas.

• Manage research activities at sites participating in clinical research projects.
• Identify potential sites, conduct study start‑up activities, collect regulatory documents, and negotiate contracts and budgets.
• Train sites to collect data, report safety events, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and oversee site activities during study maintenance and closing.
• Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Residency in the Northeastern United States.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Experience in CNS/Neurology required;
  Psychiatry strongly preferred.
