Job Description and Position Requirements

The Department of Plant Science Vegetable Crop Science Lab in the College of Agricultural Sciences invites applications for a part-time research support position(s). Education requirements vary depending on the job duties.

• Assisting the principal investigator and students in establishing field, greenhouse, and laboratory experiments on vegetables and other horticultural crops.
• Managing crops and research plots.
• Collecting and processing plant and soil samples.
• Performing biometric assessments.
• Collecting data.

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties.
