* ** JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
** The Department of Radiology at Penn State's College of Medicine is seeking applicants for a part-time Statistician.

Job duties include:
* Conduct behavioral and neurocognitive assessments in research participants
* Assist with MRI and fMRI data acquisition, including protocol execution and quality control
* Perform preprocessing and analysis of neuroimaging data using tools such as SPM and related image-processing platforms
* Support data organization, statistical analysis, and interpretation for research studies
* Assist Principal Investigator(s) in data preparation, manuscript writing, and publication efforts
* Maintain accurate research records and documentation

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
* BS or MSC
* Background in neuroscience, Statistics, psychology, or related field
* Experience with neuroimaging (MRI/fMRI) and data analysis pipelines
* Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming in MATLAB, R, or     Python
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule:

* 20 hours per week
* This position is "in-person"Compensation:

The starting rate for this job is $20.
