About The Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting‑edge AI models. This remote contract position is for Masters students or graduates in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields. No AI experience required. Compensation up to $35+/hour, with flexible weekly hours.
Organization Details: Alignerr – Biology Masters - AI Data Trainer – Hourly Contract – $35–$55 /hour – Remote – 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do- Design advanced biology questions to test AI performance.
- Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logic.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters‑level biology topics.
- Masters (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong biology reasoning and problem‑solving skills across advanced domains.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
- Excellent compensation with location‑independent flexibility.
- Direct engagement with industry‑leading large language models (LLMs).
