This remote contract position is for Masters students or graduates in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields. No AI experience required. Compensation up to $35+/hour, with flexible weekly hours.

Organization Details: Alignerr – Biology Masters - AI Data Trainer – Hourly Contract – $35–$55 /hour – Remote – 10–40 hours/week

• Design advanced biology questions to test AI performance.
• Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logic.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters‑level biology topics.

• Masters (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong biology reasoning and problem‑solving skills across advanced domains.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.

• Excellent compensation with location‑independent flexibility.
