JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Materials Science and Engineering is seeking applicants for a part‑time graduate student researcher position for Summer 2026. This research involves contacts to 2D semiconductors and atomic layer deposition.
Job duties- Perform experiments
- Collect and manage data
- Analyze the data
- Trained user of the Nanofab
- Familiar with at least one ALD reactor
- Completed graduate coursework on semiconductor characterization and metals in electronics
The starting rate for this job is $18.68/hr.
