Position: Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - Central U.S. (Remote)

Position Overview

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Worldwide Clinical Trials, you will manage the clinical study processes across sites, including recruitment, regulatory compliance, data collection, and site support in oncology and other therapeutic areas. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity and timely completion of study activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage research activities at site locations participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
  • Identify potential sites, conduct study start‑up activities, collect regulatory documents and negotiate contracts and budgets.
  • Train site personnel on data collection protocols, informed consent and safety‑related event reporting.
  • Oversee site activities during maintenance and close‑down phases of the study.
  • Conduct Study Initiation Visits (SIVs) and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety reporting requirements.
  • Operate primarily remotely with occasional regional travel.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC systems.
Experience
  • 5+ years experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Four‑year university degree or nursing degree.
  • Experience in oncology (required).
  • Residency in the Central United States.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
Compensation

Annual salary range: $97,000.00 – $. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, performance, education and internal equity.
