Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - U.S. (Remote

About the Company

Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global CRO dedicated to advancing medical research and improving patient lives.

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) you will support clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases.

• Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Participate in all stages of the clinical study: identify sites, perform study start‑up activities, collect regulatory documents, negotiate contracts and budgets, train sites, and ensure compliance throughout study maintenance and closure.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and monitor site performance.
• Ensure compliance with informed consent procedures, report safety events, and adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or nursing degree.
• Experience in oncology required.
• Resident of the Central United States.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Annual salary range in the United States: $97,000.00 – $. Salary is based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. A competitive benefits package is offered depending on location. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
