Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Responsible for managing research activities at sites participating in Worldwide Clinical Trials’ projects. The role involves all study stages, including site selection, start‑up activities, regulatory document collection, contract and budget negotiations, site training, safety event reporting, compliance oversight, and site close‑out. Study initiation visits (SIVs) and ongoing maintenance are performed either remotely or on site as required.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree.
• Experience in CNS/Neurology and/or Psychiatry (required).
• Candidates must reside in the Midwest and be willing to travel regionally.

Salary range: $97,000 – $193,000 annually. The compensation package is competitive and varies by location. We are committed to pay equity and comply with all applicable labor laws.
