Specifics
Penn State's interdisciplinary Center for Theory of Emergent Quantum Matter (C-TEQ), within the Institute for Computational and Data Sciences (ICDS) Quantum Hub, invites applications for several "C-TEQ Fellow" postdoctoral scholar positions. Start dates are flexible but can be immediate. Applicants are expected to have expertise in quantum information, quantum materials, quantum computation, AI and other numerical tools for emergent quantum matter, quantum geometry, Majorana modes, fractional quantum anomalous Hall effect, and related topics.
A Ph.D. is required by the start of the position. In addition to completing a Penn State application, an application must be submitted at (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). The salary of the C-TEQ Fellows will be $80,000 for the first year, with an additional one-time award of $5,000 toward research-related expenses, such as conferences.
