Job Responsibilities- Improve and optimize product designs for Huggies diapers.
- Lead product development experiments to enhance future diaper specifications, develop winning product propositions and substantiate claims.
- Support the development and lead portions of the consumer learning plan in conjunction with Marketing Research and Innovation Testing teams.
- Facilitate discussions with marketing, legal and complete experiments and documentation to support claims substantiation.
- Collaborate with R&D team members across product, process and material disciplines, and influence decisions and direction at all levels.
- Impact brand innovation and claims substantiation plans through core team meetings and key milestones in the learning plan.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3 years or more of experience in product development, technology development, consumer studies, or technical and scientific studies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in scientific experimentation methods, analysis, planning and organizing.
- Ability to read and summarize technical literature.
- 15–30% travel required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Significant work experience in a Research & Development organization.
- Experience in executing consumer studies and product performance evaluation.
- Experience influencing peers and leaders.
- Experience in the development and commercialization stages of product or technology development.
- Experience with various market research methodologies and test methods.
- Understanding of Baby and Child Care products, brands, business and technologies.
Primary:
Neenah – West R&E Office. Additional locations may be considered.
USD 87,260 – 107,780 per year (U.S. locations only). Eligibility for target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including 401(k) and profit sharing.
