Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology​/Rare Disease - Texas; Remote

About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Worldwide Clinical Trials, you will support clinical research projects across cardiovascular, metabolic, neuroscience, oncology, and rare disease therapeutic areas. You will be responsible for managing research activities at sites, from initial site identification to study closeout.

• Identify potential sites and perform study start‑up activities, including obtaining regulatory documents and negotiating contracts and budgets.
• Train sites to collect data correctly and report safety‑related events.
• Monitor site activities throughout study maintenance, ensuring compliance with informed consent and all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and support site closeout.
• Work remotely with site teams, but be available onsite when required.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
• 5+ years experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree.
• Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease (required).
• Residency in the Central United States, preferably Texas.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Salary: $97,000.00 – $ annually (United States).
