As a Senior Analyst, you play a critical role in making that mission real. You won’t just work with data, you’ll translate research into clear, credible insights that healthcare leaders rely on to make better decisions for their organizations and their patients. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your analytical thinking, deepen your industry expertise, and grow into a stronger voice in healthcare insights.

What

You’ll Do
  • Create reports, presentations, frameworks, and summaries that translate research inputs into clear, structured, and actionable insights.
  • Draft and refine narratives that connect research findings to key messages, ensuring alignment with direction from Principal Analysts and Group Directors.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes, trends, and meaningful takeaways within your assigned market segments.
  • Participate in external conversations, sharing insights, answering questions, and supporting deeper discussions led by Principal Analysts.
  • Partner closely with Principal Analysts to improve your analytical reasoning, writing clarity, and ability to develop compelling narratives.
  • Support Associate Analysts by providing feedback on structure, clarity, and analytical thinking.
  • Apply standardized processes, templates, and quality checks to deliver accurate, polished work.
  • Work with Engagement, shared Insights support teams, and other partners to ensure insights are well–communicated and effectively applied.
  • Engage in provider research calls and ongoing market analysis to deepen your understanding of the healthcare landscape.
What You Bring
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research and produce clear, compelling deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with growing confidence presenting to stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Emerging subject‑matter expertise within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Experience creating structured deliverables such as reports, presentations, or analytical summaries.
  • Experience communicating insights to stakeholders or external audiences is a plus.
Education
  • 3–6 years of experience in research, consulting, healthcare, data analysis, or other insight‑driven roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health Policy, Business Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MHA) preferred but not required.

The salary range for this role starts at $90,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. We offer exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more.
