Synthires is seeking an experienced LLM Research Scientist focused on pre-training and post-training to advance foundation models. This remote hourly contract involves designing training pipelines, data curation, model evaluation, and alignment work.
You will design and optimize pre-training and post-training workflows, curate large-scale datasets, and develop SFT/DPO/RLHF pipelines while collaborating with AI researchers in a remote setting.
