Sports Science Expert

We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with 10 experts in Sports Science for part-time, fully-remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $60–75 USD per hour
.

This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert‑level sports science knowledge, creating and verifying graduate‑level sports science questions and explanations, and assessing whether AI‑generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained sports scientist.

You hold a PhD or have 10+ years of senior level experience in Sports Science or a closely related field and have deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Exercise Physiology, Sports Nutrition, Biomechanics, Sports Psychology, Motor Learning, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Management, Physical Education, or Rehabilitation Sciences.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and researchers at accredited kinesiology, sports science, or physical education departments
• Sports scientists working with professional or elite athletic programs
• Practitioners working in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, or sports medicine
• Independent researchers with an active publication record in peer‑reviewed sports science journals

• Fluent English reading and writing skills
• PhD in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or a closely related field, or 10+ years of senior level experience in sports science or a related discipline
• Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas of sports science.
