Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - Northern Midwest; Remote

Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global, midsize contract research organization dedicated to delivering high‑quality clinical research.

• Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Conduct all stages of a clinical study, including site identification, study start‑up, data collection training, safety reporting, study maintenance, and study close‑out.
• Perform study start‑up activities such as collecting regulatory documents, negotiating contracts and budgets, and training sites on data collection and safety event reporting.
• Conduct Site Initiation Visits (SIVs) and ensure ongoing compliance with informed consent, safety event reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform remote site management with occasional on‑site visits as needed.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree.
• Experience in oncology required.
• Residence in the North Midwestern United States (Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky) and willingness to travel regionally.

Annual salary range: US $97,000.00 – US$. Compensation is determined based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity. A competitive benefits package is offered based on location.
