Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - Southeast​/Mid-Atlantic; Remote

About the Role

A Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Worldwide Clinical Trials will manage research activities at sites across diverse therapeutic areas, supporting study initiation, site management, and study closeout.

• Responsible for managing research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Involved in all stages of the clinical study, including identifying potential sites, performing study start‑up activities, collecting regulatory documents, negotiating contracts and budgets, training sites, and monitoring safety events.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain study progress during site management and oversee study close‑out procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or nursing degree.
• Experience in oncology research.
• Residence in the Southeast or Mid‑Atlantic United States.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Residence required in the Southeast or Mid‑Atlantic United States; regional travel necessary.

Annual salary range: $97,000.00 – $. Compensation will be determined based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity. A competitive benefits package is offered depending on location.
