Synthires is seeking an LLM Research Scientist to contribute to pre-training, post-training, and evaluation of large language models in a remote hourly contract. You will work on data curation, model alignment, and optimization, collaborating with AI researchers to advance state-of-the-art foundation models.
The role requires 3+ years of ML research, proficiency in PyTorch/JAX/Tensor Flow, and a PhD or equivalent track record.
