Job Overview

At Worldwide Clinical Trials, the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will manage the clinical study’s research activities at sites across various therapeutic areas, including Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases.

• Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects.
• Involved in all stages of the clinical study, including site selection, study start‑up activities, regulatory document collection, contract and budget negotiations, site training, and ensuring compliance with informed consent and safety reporting.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Oversee site activities during study maintenance, and close down research activities at sites once the study concludes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and reporting of potential safety‑related events.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4‑year university degree or Nursing Degree.
• Experience in Psychiatry required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• Residence in the Central United States.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Annual salary range: $97,000.00 – $. Salary is determined based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity. Competitive benefits are available depending on location.
