Universal Field Services, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a land title researcher to handle detailed title research, tax card retrieval, and on-site and online reporting. You will prepare and review Chain of Title and Limited Title Certifications and post files as required.
The ideal candidate has strong title research experience, can interpret deeds and related documents, and work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the Title/Right of Way team.
