The PhD research is part of FLEX-SMR, a project funded by the Belgian Federal Government through the Energy Transition Fund, conducted at KU Leuven. The candidate will work on modeling and control for integrating SMRs into industrial energy systems, in collaboration with industrial and academic partners.
We seek a highly motivated researcher with a Master’s in Engineering and a strong background in reactor physics, heat transfer, and scientific computing, who can contribute to advanced modeling
