The University of Kentucky's Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Research Administrative Coordinator (Clinical Trial Account Receivable Specialist). This vital role supports and enables groundbreaking clinical research across the University.
About the Role:
This position is eligible to be fully remote. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Invoice external sponsors for complex clinical trial activities based on analysis of the Clinical Trial Agreement. Follow-up with external sponsors on all outstanding invoices and escalate outstanding invoices as appropriate in order to ensure timely receipt of study payments. Reconcile payments received for both completed patient-care activity and invoiceable/pass-thru activities. Prepare quarterly Clinical Trial Accounts Receivable summary to be shared with Research Financial Services (RFS) for all clinical trials managed outside of OnCore.
Assist College Business Analysts with oversight and monitoring of post award activities. Prepare yearly the 1099 information and deliver to UK Accounts Payable.
