Location: City of Albany
This is a Research Scientist 2 role in the Staffing Analysis unit of the Division of Program Planning, Research and Evaluation. You will help develop data structures and reports for Department staffing, including recruitment and retention analysis.
Under supervision, you will conduct literature reviews, survey design, data collection, and advanced statistical analyses with SPSS/Stata; present results via Excel dashboards and Tableau; and prepare statistical reports for executives.
