* ** JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
** The Borland Lab within the Department of Biobehavioral Health is seeking a part-time research assistant, starting August 24th, to work 4-12 hours per week.

Job Duties:

Assist with the housing and handing of adult Syrian hamsters, behavior testing, brain tissue collection, slicing brain tissue on the cryostat, RNAscope and immunohistochemistry experiments.

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:

Must be an undergraduate student at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park.

Compensation:

The starting rate for this job is $15 per hour.
