Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS​/Rare Disease - Midwest; Remote

Title and Overview

Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – responsible for managing research activities at sites participating in clinical trials across therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases.

• Manage research activities at sites, including study initiation, site management, and closeout.
• Identify potential sites and conduct site initiation visits (SIVs).
• Assist with regulatory submissions, contracts, budgets, and TMF management.
• Train sites on data collection, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor site performance and maintain study documentation.
• Work primarily remotely while ensuring compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
• Experience in Rare Disease and CNS required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
• Candidates must reside in the Midwest and be willing to travel regionally.

Annual salary range: $97,000.00 – $ (USA). Compensation determined by experience, performance, education, and internal equity. Pay equity and transparency are complied with all labor laws.
