Salary/Position Classification
- $17.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 6-10 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability:

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities- Extraction of nucleic acid from tissues of invertebrates, PCR, DNA sequencing, microscopy, possibly preparation of scientific illustrations.
- Basic background in biology (at least Introductory Biology classes)
- detail-oriented, motivated to learn new research skills
- ability to work independently upon initial training.
- Major in Biology
- Availability to work 8-10 hours/week
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications- Experience with DNA work/PCR is preferable but not required.
- Art skills are a plus, to prepare scientific illustrations.
